Event Overview

Come one, come all to Lake Humane Society’s biggest paw-ty of the year, Mutt Strut 2026!

Bring your dog and enjoy our self-guided one-mile walk before spending the afternoon exploring everything the Canine Carnival has to offer. From local vendors and delicious food trucks to raffle baskets, photo opportunities, family-friendly activities, and an agility course for your pup, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Admission to the event is free, but we encourage you to register and complete your event waiver before arriving.

Support Mutt Strut by donating to this year's online fundraiser or pre-ordering a Mutt Bundle, a special package of Lake Humane Society swag. Proceeds enable us to continue our mission of caring for and protecting homeless pets.

Calling all pet lovers!! Vendor opportunity!!

Lake Humane Society is looking for vendors to join us for our 33rd Annual Mutt Strut on Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Lake Metroparks Farmpark.

Mutt Strut is one of our biggest community events of the year, bringing together 600+ animal lovers, local businesses, vendors, families, and their pets for a fun-filled day benefiting the animals in our care.

We would love to have local businesses, makers, crafters, pet-related vendors, rescues, and community organizations join us!
