New Volunteer Orientation

Become a Volunteer at LHS

The first step to becoming a volunteer with us at LHS, is to attend our New Volunteer Orientation. At this orientation, you will learn about the history of LHS, our impact on the animals in Lake County and what you can do to help as a volunteer. We do limit orientations, so please only sign up if you will be able to attend.

Note: 16 & 17 year olds are limited to volunteering with cats.

(This is NOT the Youth Orientation for kids 10-15 who will volunteer alongside their parents)
