Pup Crawl

Event Overview

Sit. Stay. Drink. Enjoy a day filled with fun, dogs, raffles and so much more while hopping from bar to bar in Downtown Willoughby! All ticket proceeds and funds raised during the event directly support the animals at Lake Humane Society.

Our 6th annual “Pup Crawl” will take place on June 3rd, 2023 from 1 to 6 pm. Participating bars will have featured drink/food menus exclusive for attendees. Adoptable dogs will be on-site at locations throughout the crawl to meet attendees!

Admission

Admission is $30 in advance ($31.50 including processing fees) and $35 the day of the event. Admission includes a t-shirt, koozie, and drink & food specials at participating bars. Pre-sale tickets are available online until June 1st. Registrants who purchase tickets online by 5/4 are guaranteed a t-shirt. All shirts are first come, first serve for all registrants after 5/4.

You may purchase tickets the day of for $35 at registration. Registration begins at 12:30 pm and is located at the back entrance of Barrio. We will have a limited quantity of shirts available, so they are first come, first serve if tickets are purchased the day of.

If you have already purchased your tickets, make sure you sign our waiver. Waivers will be available & emailed to your registered email closer to the event date.

*Please note participants are NOT allowed to bring their own dog(s) and the LHS dogs will not be available to adopt at the event. Locations may change as we near closer to the event.*

LHS volunteers will be featured at various locations of the event with some adoptable dogs for attendees to visit with!

T-Shirt Pick Up Information

If you have purchased your 2023 Pup Crawl tickets, you can pick up your shirt and koozie on the following dates/times:

-Tuesday, May 30th from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at Lake Humane Society.

-Wednesday, May 31st from 12:00 pm-3:00 pm at Lake Humane Society.

–Thursday, June 1st from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at Lake Humane Society

-Saturday, June 3rd (day of the event) starting at 12:30 pm in the parking lot behind Barrio. (You will receive an additional email with this information)

*Please note that you ARE able to pick up shirts/koozies for other individuals that registered in advance; however, we will check ID’s for each registrant. Please make sure you have a copy of the ID for the person you are picking up for. They also must have their waiver signed or you will NOT be permitted to pick up their items.*

Please call an UBER, Taxi, LYFT or have a designated driver. Parking in Downtown Willoughby can be tricky so please give yourself enough time to find a space. There is street parking, parking at Sol, and parking at Todd Field (with a short walk).
